Hi,
Just wanted to mention that the only difference between 3770 and 3770k is the ability to handle overclocking better. So if you are not planning to OC, go for the 3770.

PS: I got a i7 -3770, GTX660, 16GB RAM, 128GB SSD and I'm not planning to OC because it is fast enough
