OK,so what's this something special on the Pentax FF?

Who knows?  It's all conjecture.  We've seen a few references to some development that improves IQ but only Pentax knows and they aren't saying......

I'm hoping their FF camera is conservative Pentax in both competency and styling - by which I mean that it's K5-ish on a slightly larger scale....... But look at their products over the last year or so - they range from the K5 variants, which are the evolution of a mature product line, to the Q and K01, which were an adventure that created a somewhat polarised response.  The latter weren't successful at Pentax's preferred price point.  I'm inclined to think that they'll opt for something fairly safe for the FF because it'll be aimed at enthusiasts - customers with well-formed views about camera design.  Surely they'll avoid controversy?
