The Sony Zeiss 24/1.8 is probably the best lens for the NEX 7 sensor, so it's hard to mention it when discussing prime lenses that contribute to a formidable tool. For people like me who have a single prime that is on our camera 90% of the time, it's really, really hard to beat the NEX 7 and the Zeiss 24 with regard to image quality and size. I think only the RX1 exceeds it for IQ and size.
