Keep D7000 or sell it

It depends on what you're doing with the cameras.

How important is the DSLR to you? Do you make a living using it? (wedding photographer, news photographer, etc.) If so, keep the D7000 as a backup. Do you take vacation pics with it? Then sell the D7000 and use the money for something else. And if your DSLR is stolen or breaks while photographing your vacay, just buy another camera.
