Is there a mode that lets me set P and A?

I'm not sure why this is not more readily available but very often I find myself in a situation where I care about the dof and I care about shutter speed because my subject is moving. But I don't care about iso. What mode allows me to do this?

M doesn't set iso automatically. While P is more like a slide you can't really set both numbers?
