Tips for choosing a model EXR

hello all. Currently I have a Fuji F300EXR which replaced a glorious F30 that is firm because it broke the power button. I was not very happy with the F300 exr. I want to buy a digital compact camera and are interested in the series exr. I am undecided between the many models. I like good zoom and good photo with high ISO. Have you any tips for me on the different existing models or is it better to wait for the new models? thanks
