CC on B&W photographs Please

Your second photo is actually STRONGER if you crop it tiger around the BLACK SKIERS in contrast against the White Structure into a silhouette.

I understand your trying to convey a sense of LONELINESS by inclusion of its vast empty space.  But it didn't really work and only make your 2nd photo look boring.  I would rather crop it tighter around the most interesting subject here....the Skiers.
