The second image is probably a little bit oversaturated by postprocessing.

These birds are rather frequent here, more in the wild than in domestic areas.
Here are woods and gardens with apple trees, rotten wood and insects and this attracts the birds.
People place feeders in the their gardens to attract the birds and this was where I shot it.
