No it doesn't. Those are video tests. It's simple really, the DS100 is a video camera, it's designed for video sensor uses every pixel in the video output. The D4 is a still camera. It's designed for still sensor skips pixels producing video output, so it's not using the whole sensor area.

D4 uses 2 MP for picture and skips others 14 MP, but D4 uses these pixels for noise reduction in FX video mode. But it is use 2 MP for picture only in CX video mode. Therefore CX (2.7 cropped pixel-to-pixel) video contains more noise than FX mode.
