You don't have to see. Carlos Rivera found it helped him and I take his word for it. Becasue they don't help everyone doesn't make them unhelpful in general.

Looking at his post below...I think he did (find the challenges helpful). I also interrupted his post above as indicting the same.
I"m also impressed with his entry, but that's another story.
