I have newly acquired an E-M5, with the 12-50 kit lens, and have two general purpose lens combinations available to me:

(1) I have the FT 14-42 and 40-150 CDAF-enabled lenses. They seem to focus adequately fast on my EM-5 for my purposes. I don't mid the occasional lens swap, and I find the size/handling is fine.

(2) The other combo is the FT 9-18 (CDAF-enabled) and 18-180 (not CDAF-enabled).

Does anyone have a view on their IQs of these two combinations relative to the mFT 14-150, or even the mFT 14-150 and mFT9-18 combo?

Obviously there is a fair cost saving to be had if the IQ of my existing lenses holds up to the more recent, specifically mFT, products.
