Where to compare dof between the 6D and 1D4?

Ben, want a wider field of view at 24mm than you get with the 1DMkIV? Get the 6D and forget about the DOF differences. You can't change the way the cameras work no matter how much information people provide you with, and if you want a wider field of view without buying more lenses, there's nothing like a FF body to bring that home.
