...although the defaults there are very good too, I'd recommend the Neat Image Pro (don't be scared by that long name and "Pro", it is pretty intuitive) - it can be used as stand alone, also in the batch processing mode running in a background, as well as the CS3 plug-in. It can self-learn from a sample image you'd decide to train it upon, or there are many factory or custom, user-defined profiles. In the past I did try NoiseNinja, LR, Bible, DXO, and Topaz Denoise, but found them all much less flexible then the NI Pro. For CS3 I think you'd need the legacy version 6.
