nex 7 v nex 6 useability question

in the real world is the focusing faster have the 7 and it is slow and is the nex kit lens any better than the last, mine is a dog.

any "gotchas" with the 6 i'm overlooking compared to the 7?

have sony flashes the old kit zoom original sigma 19 and 30 and sony 50 (all much much better than the kit zoom)
