DP2M review in Shutterbug March 2013 issue

Guess everyone here have seen close to thousand threads on resolution of Foveon vs Bayer.

Regardless of the outcome of those discussions - a factor 2, 10, 4/3, +50% etc., colour vs luminance, yadiyadiyadi -  why is it that it seemingly only correlates to still-pictures and not also to video?
