Shooting HD video of a concert with Cannon 7D

If you use magic lantern you can by pass the recording limit but you will get like a split second missing footage between the clips..

I have used my 7D when  ML was still not available at the time, on a concert didn't find it limiting me with its max 12min recording 90% of songs are under 12min long anyway. Only if the artists starts talking right after a song would you maybe get some problems .

And I also used a regular camera to record the whole event from a fixed position, so even if i had a gap I can use that to over lap the missing parts if needed.
