removing CA in photoshop elements 11

Testing tokina lens 11-16. getting some CA.  does anyone know how to remove it on photoshop elements 11?  if so how?.  picture shot in Jpeg.  would appreciate directions.  (also testing tamron 10-24.  less or almost no CA. but tokina might be sharper - don't have lightroom and probably won't for quite a while.
