How is this image and can you improve it in post ??

Shot this monkey as it was looking at me. Camera was already set at f8 and in the excitement forgot to change it.Should have used f5.6 and iso 800.That would have produced a decent background blur and less noise.

Can you improve it in post....maybe more background blur less noise, better colors ,etc ??
