Advise for messenger bag

Hello everybody,

I got a wonderful Domke FX3 which is a lovely everyday bag, fits a camera with a mid sized zoom on it and couple lenses in the same compartment, has a front pocket which fits an iPad and two side pockets to fit accessories like a notes and so on it is not padded but it is very discreet, durable and comfy to carry but it doesn't fit my requirements.

I moved on to a ThinkTank Retrospective 20, bigger, fits the camera with the 80-200 on along with two more lenses, even big ones, a front pocket which fits an iPad but not a tiny laptop, the lateral pockets fit little or nothing, a rear pocket with a zip to fit documents, a bit tight and better organized and you can also fit a second body and other accessories, better padded than the Domke, fabric is almost the same as well as being discreet but, still, not enough for me, I need something with same discreet look, ability to fit the camera with a big lens on and a couple more lenses, possibly also a second body, a front padded pocket to fit an 11" laptop and pockets with easy access for documents or accessories, a rear bag would also be welcome and, most of all, to fit hand luggage requirements on board of planes.

What is your suggestion?
