New APS-C body... where is it? what's going on?!

I was convinced we'd see a pro-spec APS-C announcement at CP+. It's likely that it's not ready yet, but why not show a prototype? Maybe they're holding back, because they don't need it yet. There have been no updates of the 60D, 7D, D7000, or D300S, so there's no need for a competitive response from Pentax. A new camera announcement would step on sales of the K-5 II models, which appear to be doing well and are likely high margin lines, since they're just tweaked K-7/K-5 designs.

My K20D is still in pristine condition, so is my K-x. I couldn't resist the K-01 pricing, so it's probably a good thing for me that the K-3 is delayed.
