Help : losing profile going from 32 bit to 16 bit

I finished working on an HDR image (in Nik software) and I can clearly see in photoshop that ProPhotoRGB is assigned.

Now when I convert to 16 bits it automatically get sRGB and I don't get to say anything about it??

Does anyone know how to control this?
