How would you improve this pic ?

Hi guys never posted a pic before.This was taken indoors with just the sunlight coming through the window.I am a total novice and would appreciate your Criticism.How can it be improved in pp? Should i use a different lens and or camera settings ? What about the composition ? All advice gratefully recieved.Nx10 30 mm f4 1?400 iso 100
