Are mirrorless cameras more prone to sensor dust?

The sensors also run a bit hotter which makes it more likely that there will be a bit of an air current taking air away from the sensor. Reminds me a bit of aseptic lab work back in college where you had to heat the top of the test tube a bit to keep out unwanted contaminates.

But the sensor is more exposed to dust because it is in the opening!
