Let's assume for a moment that the dinosaur fossils are many millions of years old.

What all the replies from the labs say, is that under those circumstances, their method is guaranteed to fail.

So, the only case in which the C14 results need to be taken seriously is when there is some other dating method which has given evidence of a much more recent date.

Is there any alternative dating evidence supporting the recent date? I've not seen any mention of it in this thread.

In the absence of any other dating method - one which works over the full range of timescales involved, there is nothing at all to discuss.
