What's wrong with this photo

Number 1. A polariser would get rid of the glare from the leaves and make the image look clearer.

Number 2. To me it looks like the result of IS on at safe shutter speeds that I get with my E-PL1 (not a clear shake effect just an overall unsharpness). Gets sharper with IS off at safe speeds or close to them. 1/80 sec is also in the range of possible shutter shock.
