Depending on where in Europe you're going, you'r emuch more likely to want to go wide than long. So the 55-210, while you'll certainly wish you had it once or twice, is probably not going to see that much use. If I were you, I'd take the 16-50 as a walkaround, the Sigma 19 for when you want a wide-ish shot with better IQ than the zoom...and I'd sell a few of those MF lenses and get the E35! Basically exactly what Blue_Skies said.
Also, how long are you going to be there? You might strongly consider renting a 10-18mm ($90 for 2 weeks from lensrentals.com) and taking that in lieu of the Sigma.
