He could very easily have had a gun. Don't pretend there are no shootings there.

The point is, we have better gun control, and he didn't have a gun. In your country, he would have had a gun.

Lousy point he could just as easily had a gun there. I had read of several shootings there lately. You have guns there whether you like it or not.

The whole point is: he did not. Because guns of the type you can buy without background check at gun shows in the USA are simply NOT AVAIALBLE IN CANADA.

Of course he could have a gun, but getting one is infinitely more difficult in Canada than in the USA.

Now, which part of the above is too difficult?
