Really? Depressing the shutter when the camera is off uses the battery??? Wasn't aware of that. Will keep an eye on it. It's definitely easy to press with it on...
Yes it definitely drains the battery if the bug rubs up against the inside of your case or bag,even when it is turned off, I just take the battery out. No big deal. WC
