new 14mm versus 18-55 F2.8

I am wondering if the 14mm F2.8 is worth it considering the 18-55 is F2.8 at 18mm. Is the lens a lot sharper? 4mm focal length isn't that major I would have thought. Plu the 18mm has OIS.
Anyone have both can comment or post comparison photos?
