Yes, I have been using BetterPrivacy also, and in reviewing my plug-ins, was pleased how effective and unobtrusive it is. In the past few months it deleted over 1000 Flash cookies!

I wish BetterPrivacy would also delete regular browser cookies with optional whitelist.

As far as I can tell, Firefox 18.0.1 no longer has an Always delete cookies on exit option. Did they move it?

There's a drop down menu in Firefox under Privacy which allows users to select Keep until "I close Firefox". Is that what you're looking for?
