OM-D Zoom Lens Needed

I need a zoom for longer range shots: for the OM-D: wildlife, nature, that covers a wide range--hopefully half decent as light begins to fade to 300 or better.
What is the best lens choice that will provide a range from 40mm to at least 150 or 200mm?
I'm looking at Panasoinic and Olympus products.
Who can provide from experience a best lens to consider?
Also, does anyone know if a new and improved lens of this type is in the pipeline?
