Look, it is gun advocates like you who repeatedly bring up this silly 'cars kill more people than guns' argument and refuse to see these facts.

1.  Automobiles are necessities, guns are not for most people.
2.  Guns are weapons designed to wound, if not kill; automobiles are design for transport.
3.  Automobiles are used much often than guns.

I need to repeat this, if you take away all automobiles even for just one day, the world is going to stand still.  If you take away all the guns, life still goes on.  Modern cars are designed to make them safer for both drivers and pedestrians; modern guns are designed to be more lethal.

You are still living in the 1900s, that explains everything. 
Have a look at the type of pistols and revolvers manufactured in the US nowadays.

That's something to discuss in another thread.  I am all for the safe design of cars and heavier penalty for hoons who endanger themselves and other people.

I am not blindly against gun ownership but I am an advocate for better regulation and control.
It seems that you have a problem with that.
