Topaz DeNoise trial short changed

I've been trialing DeNoise and was/am happy with the results. But halfway through a job the trial period ran out. I've had it 20 days and 'phzzzzzz' gone. (i was also trialing Adjust, 15 days, it's also gone).

I've contacted Topaz but no reply yet. I need to finish my job. Has anyone else had this problem? I was wondering if it's the date format on my computer that's the problem. Here in Australia we use the English format. I started the trial on the 20th of Jan. On the 1st of Feb the trial expired. (Start date 10/01/2013. Trial expired 01/02/2013).
