I'm curious as to why your alternative is the K5-II over a D7000 with a 35 f/1.8, and maybe the Nikon 16-85mm zoom lens? I don't know what the prices are going for in Europe but in the states, that should be a comparable price.
It really depends on what you want. If all you care about is shallow depth of field, and gritty night street photography, yeah the D600 might be a touch better. But if you like being able to shoot wide angle landscapes/cityscapes/architecture, having a little longer lens for better portraits, or decently long lenses for wildlife then the 50 is going to be very limited, and the D7000 is a very good camera for a very good price. There is no best for everyone solution, it depends on what you want to do.
