Manfrotto 054-Q2 (MH054M0-Q2) vs 055-Q2 (MH055M0-Q2)

I found a user review on Amazon for the 055cxpro4 and a guy said it does have a hook.  you have the pro3 version which is the same thing but with 3 leg sections.  frustratingly, I can't paste the link to the site in here. whenever I paste something, a window comes up instead. its very annoying.
