Most of the technical information in that petition is just plain wrong, I guess Nikon knows how to design a camera better than you, and will ignore the petition.

You are right. Nikon's engineers really knows how to design a camera better, but their general manager for marketing, Nobuaki Sasagaki would not approve to realize it!
