Topaz Plugins in PSE10 that works

Any one could provide a comprehensive first hand experience step-by-step installation instruction of Topaz Plugins into PSE 10 in XP? If so please post the steps because I did try all kind of combination and it will not work. For instance in C\Program Files\Topaz Lab, I have the following sub-files:Topaz Adjust-tladjust 8BF File 147KB, Topaz Detail:-tldetail3ps 8BF File 150kb. but trying to paste or move into PSE 10 will work but the plugin will not run. Do I miss something?
