Interesting.  I was expecting both sharpening and noise reduction to be higher.  My high ISO shots are not as sharp as this.  But I suspect it has more to do with my camera technique than post processing.

One thing I have discovered that has helped my results is an article I read on expose-to-the-right.  I found that it does make a noticeable difference in reducing noise.  If I set the exposure as high as I can without clipping then it results in less noise than what I get with a normal exposure.  Then I correct exposure back down to normal in LR.  What I haven't tried yet is to compare a normally exposed photo with a higher exposure and higher ISO photo.
