Is my website difficult to navigate?

Is my website difficult to navigate? I am just building my site and inserted a slide show on the front page. Most galleries a password protected at the request of the client. My wife says the Galleries menu should be the front page, I think the slide show (which should be changed frequently) should be the 1st page. Can I have some feed back from this group? I hope I posted this in the right place, all my pics are people and events. Thank you!
