Nikon's lawsuit against SIGMA was rejected

Especially with the competitive nature of Sigma new lens lineup.  If the product plan map for the next few years has to be revealed in the evidence, Nikon then could know what lenses to make to directly respond to Sigma's new releases.  Otherwise they are shooting in the dark to compete with the new lineup as Sigma rolls them out.
