This was made by Microsoft Portugal, to promote the "simplicity" of its new Windows8 OS.

Never mind it being in Portuguese. It is easy to understand by any-language speaking person and I'll help you with some pointers.
Initial frame: "Is Windows 8 that simple?"
In the initial exchange the store clerk asks the customer if needs a demonstration. The customer says yes. The clerk tells him he's going to get the relevant, specialized assistant.
From there onwards "demonstrations" issue.
