Which optical slave with ETTL?

I have a 4Ti with 420EX and would like to fire my 430EZ in manual mode for background lighting.  I prefer to get a single optical slave for now, instead of investing in a radio system.  I know it takes a special one to survive the ETTL preflashes.  (My 420 doesn't work in manual, so I will use it in ETTL)

Can anyone recommend a specific device that has worked for them?
