In Words:
1) A lack of communication, or could it be laziness.
2) Inventory is not a JIT enhanced system.
3) You really think their responsibility is to the consumers, As long as they sell cameras, we are the billy goats for testing.
4) Suppliers never and will never build parts for spares until needed,, let re-phrase that they will but will not hold them due to inventory regulations with the company's POLICY
5) Lastly.. When i order a remote for my D800E. i was told it would take 2 weeks in turn it became a 4 week wait. well i voided the transaction and got it from another store in less then a week.
makes we scratch my head sometimes i think am driving an automobile..
