Third party batteries.

Anyone had any issues with 3rd party batteries on their V1 (or equivelant) camera?

I was after a cheap chinese import to use as a back up and notice that most of them say "decoded". I'm guessing that the standard Nikon batteries are chipped then. Do these decoded batteries work, or am I going to have to pay 3 times the price for a Nikon branded one?

Thanks,
