Vietnam challenge host behaviour

First off, thanks for posting...I genuinely appreciate the feedback.  I'm sorry to the extent that it was not clear what were rules in my challenge vs mere suggestions.  (For the information of all the non-hosts out there; we are given a limit of how much hosts can put into the Rules section...so I had to add rules elsewhere.  I can change the wording on future challenges (well, the ones that start at least a few weeks from now), to ensure that everyone understands that I really only want entrants who will also vote.

Please don't let this experience dissuade you from entering all challenges.  There are lots of hosts who don't care if entrants vote (and probably some hosts that actively support entrants not voting).  It's good that we have discovered that my challenges (and others that may ask you to vote) are not a good fit.  Fortunately, there are countless other challenges that will be more to your liking.  Good luck in those challenges! 

p.s.  I did not DQ on a whim.  I received a ton of personal notes/emails, asking me to DQ the entries that did not fully comply with the rules.
