Target = A4 (letter, whatever), portrait orientation, top half white, bottom half black.

Set up target parallel to the image sensor (use a mirror for alignment), at 50f in good light. Calibrate slanted scale with CD AF. Compare with PD AF, ten shots each way, pre-focussed at infinity.

Tilt target 45 degrees and repeat.

Bonus points - if you use a horizontal line rather than the above, how thin can you make it and still get consistent confirmed focus?
