Cheap 90x60cm canvas prints

I was looking to sell some of my photos on canvas prints and was checking the prices out when I came across a 90x60cm print for £9.99 including delivery.

The range of images was limited to 4 pictures, but I cannot find any site even close to this price for the size. Over 500 had been sold according to ebay, so it even seemed genuine.

Is this price realistic?

What is a good price to get a canvas print done? Typically I've seen prices ranging from £30 to £100 for sizes around 90x60cm
