Just to be clear, most of my exposures today, while testing on the tripod, were under 1/20. Most of my earlier handheld testing shots were much faster - many at 1/320 or faster shutter speeds with IBIS enabled on my E-M5.

With 1/320, I normally manage pretty well. But there's more than camera shake to watch out for when using this lens at the long end. DoF is often pretty thin and it may not be all that easy to get focus precisely where you want it.

I think these are the two variables I'll have to pay attention to next. Thanks for the tips!
