Can I print the date on prints using CS5?

Thank you all very much for your responses.  I perfer not to work with a watermark. I believe that when I had a Canon 9000 printer, the software allowed me to print the date and time in the lower white margin of the print.  I can't seem to be able to accomplish the same with CS5 and a 3880 printer.  Thanks for your advice!
