I'm afraid not.  I have never seen a direct comparison between close-up lenses of similar power from different manufacturers.

FWIW I'm happy with the quality I get from the Raynox 150 and 250 and the Canon 500D. I've not read anything that suggests the Marumi lenses are significantly different.
